Education and Academic Career
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Hamburg, I received the Master of Science in Biology with a major of neuroscience in 2015 from the Swiss Federal Institute of Tech-nology in Zurich (ETHZ). During my master thesis, which I performed at the Computational Brain Anatomy Laboratory at the Douglas Institute, Canada, I examined cortical thickness correlations in large cohort of de-novo Parkinson patients. I started my PHD-studies at the University of Bern in 2015.
